Easy! Head on over to the RSVP tab on this site and fill out the page. Having some technical difficulties? Shoot the bride a message at 330-553-6813 (if you call, please leave a message with your name and a yes or no on your attendance).
The sooner the better, but we need a final count for our caterer no later than October 1st (the bride will hunt you down if you haven't responded by then).
The venue we're using has a small lot that is shared with a neighboring building, so we ask that you please leave that for the bride & groom and their family. Because we'll be in Lakewood, street parking is FREE on the weekends, and Madison Park has a free parking lot that's about a 3-5 minute walk to the venue. If you have trouble finding it, it's across the street from Grace Lutheran Church on Madison Ave.
Yes. The plan is to have the ceremony on the beautiful patio space of the venue, if the weather allows. However, if it's too cold or rainy (which, it's Ohio, so it could even be both), we'll move the ceremony indoors to where the reception will be. Regardless, plan to bring a jacket or sweater if you get cold easily.
Due to the short timeframe between the engagement and wedding, we were unable to reserve hotel accommodations for our traveling guests. If you would like recommendations, however, we have a few: DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Cleveland - Westlake Holiday Inn Express & Suites Cleveland West - Westlake Aloft Cleveland Downtown (if you want to be Downtown and get a taste for "the big city")
Cocktail or semi-formal attire is requested, but please wear whatever is most comfortable to you! If that means you prefer a tux or ballgown, you do you. Not sure what semi-formal or cocktail attire is? This link should help: https://www.theknot.com/content/cocktail-wedding-attire
If you have a plus one listed on your invite, feel free to bring your significant other, mother, co-worker, bestie, or whoever you would like to spend the day with you. However, if your invitation does not include a plus one, please refrain from inviting anyone as we have limited seating available and we need to provide the caterer with an accurate headcount. Thanks for understanding!
We love your children (despite what you may have heard), but due to several restrictions, we cannot accommodate guests under age 13 on our wedding day. If you have a child over the age of 13 that you are bringing with you, please let us know so we can get an accurate head count.
We are still working with our caterer to put together the perfect menu for our day and will update this page when we have that information. UNTIL THEN, we can tell you this: this will be a meat-free wedding, but there will be plenty of delicious options for everyone. If you absolutely cannot be without meat for one meal, Lakewood is THE food scene in Cleveland, so you are welcome to sneak off and grab something to satisfy your hunger.
