Saturday, October 26th 6pm-9pm: For those arriving on Saturday, you are invited to a light Dinner and Drinks at Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant, 620 Justison St, Wilmington, DE 19801. Not a sit-down; come and go at your convenience. It’s about a 10-minute walk from the Westin or the Hilton (less from the Hyatt), or a very short drive. Dress: Casual.

What are the details for Sunday for the wedding?

Sunday, October 27: Ceremony will start at 3:30 2:30pm: 2 Buses will be at the Westin Wilmington, 818 Shipyard Drive, Wilmington, DE 19801, to the wedding venue, Bellevue Hall Mansion. The first will leave when it’s full, and the second will leave by 2:45. The other hotels are across or just down the street from the Westin. If you have chosen to not take, or if you miss, the buses, Bellevue is about a 15 minute drive from the Westin. For those driving to the wedding ceremony at Bellevue Hall Mansion, 901 Philadelphia Pike, Wilmington, DE 19809, the venue will be open at 3p.m. for guests. There will be parking available there. You can pull up to the entrance to drop off guests and then park the car in the lot. The path from the lot to the house is paved. Uber and Lyft are also available for those who wish to use it. The address is: Bellevue Hall Mansion, 901 Philadelphia Pike, Wilmington, DE 19809. 3:30pm-9pm: Ceremony and Reception at Bellevue Hall Mansion Dress: Cocktail attire or dressier if you like; tie optional. Subject to weather, the Ceremony will be outdoors, and cocktails will be outdoors and indoors – all indoors if the weather does not cooperate. The reception will be indoors; there is a large tent on the side of the Manor House; the surface is permanent, not grass, and the pathway from the Manor House to the Tent will be paved and lighted, and we’re told covered if it is raining. There will also be umbrellas available to use, in addition, if it’s raining and people would like to use them. At least one bus will leave early (bus times will be announced at around 8 pm, at the reception). Buses will be returning to the Westin.

Monday, October 28 For those staying over Sunday night, 8:00-10:30 am: Breakfast at the Westin Wilmington. The Westin is a short walk from the Hyatt or Homewood. Coffee and pastries will be available the whole time. Hot buffet breakfast will be available between 8:30 and 10:30. Dress: Casual.
