What should I wear?

Semi-formal attire. Suit or cocktail dresses please.

Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will be held inside to throw caution to our unpredictable Midwestern weather! There is an adjacent patio for outside use and a beautiful lake view. Dinner and reception will held indoors as well.

What time does the Ceremony start?
Answer
The Ceremony will start at 4:00 pm CT. Doors open 30 minutes prior, so arrival is recommended at 3:30 pm CT to be sure that everyone is seated and ready to go!

Can I bring my children to the wedding?
Answer
Our wedding event will be adults-only. We love children--but due to the limited venue size, we had to make a decision to keep it to adults. We want everyone enjoy their time with us and celebrate! Thank you for understanding.

Traveling in from out of state?
Answer
We recommend flying into O'Hare International Airport and renting a car because the Wild Onion is approximately 40 minutes away. There is parking at each hotel, as well as The Wild Onion Brewery and Banquets. There is shuttle service for both hotels to the venue if you wanted to Uber/Lyft or Taxi to the hotel and back instead.
