Due to the current situation we have made the extremely tough decision to postpone our wedding. We want this day to be stress free and not have to worry about the health and safety of our loved ones. We pray that all of our friends and family stay safe during these uncertain times. We will all be together soon and be able to celebrate when times are less uncertain. More information will reach your homes shortly. We love you all and cant wait to say "I Do" with all of you November 21, 2020.
While watching our first movie together at 10pm on a cool winter night it does not cross your mind that this could be the person you will be spending the rest of your life with. Since our first movie date we have been in this for the long haul. We ofically met in Chico but had many aquentinces and oppertunities to meet at shasta college but never crossed paths. Relizing we both atteneded the same college, in coexisting clubs and some same friends made for a interesting and funny first meeting. Since the beginning we both knew this was something real and something that will last for many years to come.
For our entire relationship James was always told he must wait till Jodi had graduated from Chico State. He did this well and following graduation at a party the next day he popped the question. The proposal was done in a sweet and special way with a song loved by us both. It was a lovely moment shared by us, our family and our friends. The moment was sealed with tears, a kiss and a YES!
