A Tale As Old As Time

My Once Upon A Time started when I met Shelby for the first time at my friends pajama party in May of 2014. From that day that we met, we started talking and had our first date in Old Sacramento. Shelby noticed a GTR as my background on my Facebook and couldn't believe that he found a girl who's dream car is the same as his and who knew the difference between a Skyline and GTR, after that he never looked back. We became boyfriend and girlfriend on May 29th. We did so many things the first year we got to know each other and how much of a kid at heart we both are in our own way. We both love that we can be ourselves and not hide a thing about who we are. We both love adventures and the outdoors. My favorite place to visit is Yosemite National Park and I had to share it with Shelby and take him on my favorite trail. The second time we went we took Bruce Wayne our son/dog for his first time. We went off the trail and found a nice area with a great view of a river. I was taking in the scene and turned around to see Shelby down on one knee and I asked what he was doing and then I realized oh my god is he really about to purpose and he did, knowing it was my favorite place to be! I said yes and thought how wonderful it was to be there on our 2 year Anniversary and have it be my favorite place!
