How/When do I RSVP?
Answer
We are requesting everyone to send their acceptance or regrets by 12/31/2024. This will ensure ample time to complete our final head counts. You can RSVP directly on this website!

What will the weather be like?
Answer
Since we chose a mountain wedding, still in the winter, be prepared for it to be chilly. There will be heaters on the outdoor porch, and the indoor space for the reception is heated.

When should I get there?
Answer
The ceremony will start promptly at 3PM, but you can arrive up to an hour before. We suggest you arrive by 2:30pm to ensure you do not miss anything! If you arrive after the ceremony is started, you will be asked to watch the ceremony from the porch to not cause a disturbance trying to take a seat.

Dinner service will start approximately at TBD. Each seat will have a reception program on the day of. We will be having BBQ. If you require a special dish due to an allergy, please let us know as soon as possible, so we can see what we can do to accommodate you!

Semi-Formal & Dressy Casual: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

All events will be held at the Sky Retreat in Purlear, NC. All mapping and GPS services have this location listed as "Sky Retreat."

What if my plus one cannot attend after I RSVP?
Answer
Please let us know so we can remove them from our total headcount. Additionally, we will not be allowing additional plus ones after you have RSVPed your original one. If you have questions, please contact the bride or groom.

Do I have to RSVP on Zola?
Answer
Yes! This helps us keep all of our guests in one place. If you have trouble with the website, please contact the bride or groom.

What colors should I avoid wearing?
Answer
White! Please do not wear white—especially no white dresses. Our wedding colors are dusty blue, navy blue, and gold. If you would like to match the theme, you are welcome to do so, but we will not be requiring this!

Will there be dancing?

Yes! The dance floor will open up once we get through the planned events of the reception.

Who do I call if I get lost on the day of the wedding?

Google and Apple Maps have direct routes to our venue. If you happen to get lost, please contact TBD.

Can I still come if I do not RSVP?
Answer
Unfortunately, no. Our venue will be requiring a final headcount from us and we will be unable to adjust this once it is submitted. We will also need to provide a final headcount to our bartending service and our caterers for food and beverages in advance.
