Please use our room block code at the Holiday Inn! The code is CDW if you book online. If you call, ask to book a room under the Cole Domion Room Block. You can book for 1 or 2 nights with our rate! Calling is definitely easier! 315-253-4531.
We have arranged for a shuttle to transport our guests from the Holiday Inn at 4:15pm to Emerson Park Pavilion. With hotel check-in at 3pm, that should give our guests time to settle in and catch the shuttle leaving the hotel at 4:15pm to arrive at our venue for our ceremony at 5. The shuttle will bring our guests back to the Holiday Inn at two different times; 10:30pm and 10:45pm. We want our guests to enjoy themselves and be safe getting back to their rooms!
