Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We would like to start as close to “on time” as possible. Please allow time to find parking and to find a place to sit. Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes ahead of time.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Casual! There is absolutely no dress code! The theme is Boho/Western/Casual but come as you please. Boots are encouraged. We want this to be a fun night! It gets pretty cool when the sun goes down so please come prepared! Jackets, coats, sweatshirts! Some of you flatlanders may need to bring a Parka & Uggs! Ha! We are recommending closed toed shoes as the terrain for the ceremony is rough and dirty. Examples: Men: Jeans, Short sleeve button-up shirt, boots. Woman: Romper, Jumpsuit, Short Or Long Casual Dress, Boots, booties or comfortable shoes (not heals).

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We are trying to accommodate food allergies. We have many friends and family members with severe food allergies already such as peanut and gluten (celiac). If you have an allergy that we may not be aware of please let the bride know ASAP so she make sure it is accommodated!!! We understand the struggle!!!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We are only able to extend our invitation to children of the immediate wedding party and out of town guests. With that being said, we hope it will help allow all guests, including parents, a day of relaxation with a mostly adult only occasion. We apologise for any inconvenience and we hope this advance notice means you are still able to share our big day and will enjoy having the day off!

Is smoking allowed?

Answer

Unfortunately our reception venue is very strict about no smoking on the premises. There are no smoking sections anywhere available, so if you have to smoke you’ll need to leave the premises completely. For smoking at ceremony location, please make sure you dispose of cigarette butts in trash cans and please make sure they are put out completely. We are located in a very high fire danger area and don’t want any accidents. Thank you!

Where to park?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are in 2 separate locations. Parking for ceremony will be marked. And you are welcome to leave your vehicle at ceremony location and walk to reception or move your vehicle closer if you wish. As you arrive to the ceremony you will pass the reception location on your right hand side. There is very limited parking available onsite at the reception, please allow those spots for the handicap, disabled, or elderly guests. There is also a lot for parking across the street from Town Hall on Viejas Grade Rd for reception parking.
