When should I RSVP by?

Wednesday, May 29, 2024. Please try to RSVP as soon as possible so we can make final head counts and send them to our vendors!

While we adore the little ones, we've decided to make our special day an adults-only celebration. We want all parents to have the chance to let loose, enjoy the festivities, and celebrate with us without any kiddo-related worries. We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to share this joyous occasion with you! Thank you! 💛

Is the reception outdoors or indoors?

Outdoors! Our reception will occur outside the Zephyr Lodge on the beautiful lawn area right in front of the lake! Our reception will take place on the beautiful lawn right in front of the lake at Zephyr Lodge. There will be tent coverings to ensure you stay comfortable and shaded! The Zephyr Lodge is a plantation-style home with wrap-around porches, charming living rooms, and the kind of character that only comes with time. But that's not all—this beautiful venue sits on a spacious property right by the lake. Feel free to roam the stunning grounds and soak in the lakeside views. It's the best of both worlds—historic elegance and a touch of outdoor magic. Can't wait to share this enchanting space with you! 🏰🌳

Is there a dress code?

We're going for an old Hollywood black tie/formal affair with a touch of modest elegance. While we want you to dazzle in your finest, let's keep it classy—please, NO plunging necklines, mini skirts, excessively tight-fitted clothing, or outfits that defy gravity. 💃 Think timeless elegance meets movie star chic. So, dust off those dancing shoes, don your best ensemble, and let's make it a night to remember! 🌟

What time should I arrive at the nuptial mass?

Answer

The mass starts at 2:00 PM sharp. To ensure seating, please arrive 20 minutes early.

Where do I park for the nuptial mass?

Answer

A lower lot will be available for us as soon as you drive through the gate. After you park, you'll walk a short distance up the hill to get to the mission. There are restrooms available inside the visitor's center.

Where do I park for the reception?

Answer

There is an upper lot. As soon as you pull into the property, there will be ushers to show you where to park and then a golf cart to take you down to the Lodge.

Is smoking allowed?

Answer

We're keeping things smoke-free at our celebration. Both the mission and Zephyr Lodge have a strict no-smoking policy. Smoking of any kind is NOT permitted. Ensuring a fresh and fabulous atmosphere for all. Feel free to indulge in the love and joy—we promise it'll be a breath of fresh air! Your cooperation in keeping our event smoke-free is sincerely appreciated. 🚭💕

It's gonna be perfect! At the mission, we're looking at a high of 72° and a low of 51°, and at Zephyr Lodge, we're looking at a high of 72° and a low of 49°
