Is Emma changing her name?
Answer
No, Emma will remain Emma Wynne.

Do I have to stay in the hotel block?
Answer
You are welcome to stay in another hotel, airbnb, or lodging in Providence, or stay somewhere else entirely! Newport or Bristol are both great options. Please note you will be responsible for providing transportation to and from the venue from your location if you choose to stay outside of Providence.

Can I bring a plus one? How do I know if I have a plus one?
Answer
Due to limited capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones at our wedding unless specifically indicated on your envelope. If you are unsure, when you RSVP and type in your name, you will see if you have a plus one. We appreciate your understanding!

Can I bring my kids?
Answer
We love your kids! However, we will be keeping our wedding to adults only with the exception of children in our immediate family, and children traveling overseas with parents. We encourage you to use this evening to have a night out!

Can I film or take pictures at the ceremony?
Answer
We will have an "unplugged" ceremony. We kindly request that all phones and devices are put away and on silent during the ceremony. A professional photographer will be capturing this special moment and we wouldn't want your beautiful faces blocked by a phone. After the ceremony, snap away!

What is the dress code?
Answer
Our Dress Code is Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. Please keep in mind there are some gravel paths as well as a lawn. Choose shoes wisely!

Will there be transportation from Providence to the Wedding Venue?
Answer
Transportation will be provided from Providence to the Wedding Venue, departing promptly from the GRADUATE HOTEL at 4:00pm. If you are at a different hotel in Providence (even one on the wedding block) the bus will NOT stop at your hotel. You must board the shuttle from the Graduate. If you are in Providence (at another hotel or lodging) you will need to make your own way to the Graduate Hotel before 4:00pm to board the shuttle.

What time does the shuttle leave?
Answer
The shuttle will depart promptly from the Graduate Hotel in Providence at 4:00pm. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes early just in case!

Is there parking at the venue?
Answer
Yes! Parking is available at the venue, please follow signs at the entrance to lead you to the parking lot. Note, if you arrive too early, you will be asked to wait in the nearby rose garden. Stop and smell the roses! :)
