The ceremony will take place at the Potomac Terrace where there will be a beautiful view of the Virginia countryside.
6:30 pm - 7:30 pm
The celebrations will continue to the Waterfall Terrace for the cocktail hour where there be passed hors d'oeuvres and drinks fro our guests. Passed hors d'oeuvres are as follows: -Lobster Salad Crostini with a Lemon and Mint Infused Champagne Shooter -Roasted Mushrooms, Mozzarella and Aged Parmesan Arancini -Barquettes of Star Anise Scented Duck with Fresh Herbs and Wasabi Aioli -Certified Angus Beef “Sliders”, with a Special Sauce, and Dill Pickle on a Soft Roll -Tempura of Marinated Shrimp, Orange and Soy Gastrique

The reception will continue in the Terrace Ballroom where there will be food, music, dancing, and, of course, cake. The meal will begin with a salad of organic greens and a choice of two entrées: -Marinated and Grilled NY Strip Steak with Brandy Jus and Green Peppercorn -Marinated and Roasted Atlantic Salmon with Basil and Lemon Cream Both entrée are accompanied with Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes and Seasonal Vegetables. Please indicate any food allergies or dietary restrictions at the bottom of your RSVP card. A Grilled Eggplant Involitini is available for guests with a vegetarian lifestyle. If you are vegetarian and would like that option, please indicate that on your RSVP card.
