Dressed as Thing 2 and Iron Man, Jill and Matt met by a trashcan at Matt's fraternity house during a Halloween party. After realizing Jill had both brains and beauty, Matt slipped into her Facebook DM's and the rest was history. 9 years later they have (literally) built their life and home together in the Fairmount section of Philadelphia, and are so excited to celebrate this next chapter of life with their closest family and friends!

A dinner, which Matt had planned to celebrate the return of outdoor dining post the COVID-19 city wide lockdown, turned into an evening that Jill would never forget. Pre-dinner drinks at their home led to a surprise photobook filled with memories over the course of their relationship. This trip down memory lane concluded with Matt's proposal in the living room – to which Jill first responded, “You’re CRAZY!”. A few glasses of champagne later, they ended the night at Branzino (the restaurant they had their first date approximately 8 years prior), but this night they celebrated a new first - the first night engaged!
