A group of rooms has been reserved at the Best Western for our guests. Reserve by February 10th, 2021 to receive this special rate and ensure a room reservation. After this date the room blocks will be lifted by the hotel! We have blocked out specific rooms from February 25th to March 1st, 2021. If you are planning on staying outside of that time frame, be sure to give the hotel a call and let them know, so that they can apply the group discount to the entire duration of your stay! Shuttle

We will be providing a shuttle pick-up service (around 3:00 PM) from the hotel to our venue as well as multiple drop-off services back to the hotel throughout the night with one final shuttle leaving at 10:00 PM after the festivities! The venue does not allow over-night parking and Uber/Lyft services are limited out there, so we highly recommend staying at the hotel or Ubering yourself to the hotel in order to best take advantage of this shuttle service - and the open bar at the wedding of course :)
