Things To Do

The Hyatt is located directly next to the Grove Street PATH Station. If you choose, it is an easy avenue for a day trip to NYC. The PATH can drop you off right at the World Trade Center to explore downtown Manhattan.

Day Trip to NYC

Take the ferry from Liberty State Park to Ellis Island and the Statue of Liberty. The ferry runs every four hours and is less than 10 minutes from the Hyatt Regency.

Liberty State Park is a great area to walk around and enjoy the great views of Manhattan! Here you will find the Liberty Landing Marina, the NJ Empty Sky 9/11 Memorial, and the Liberty Science Center. It is also the only location in NJ where you can take a direct ferry to Ellis Island and the Statue of Liberty.

There's lots to do right downtown - steps from the doors of the hotel! Downtown Jersey City has plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars to enjoy. For those who are arriving on Thursday, there is also a local farmers market from 4-8PM.
