WHERE IS THE CEREMONY TAKING PLACE?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be taking place at Pine Hollow Farms 3993 State Rd W, Eureka, Mo 63025 There is parking and we will be providing a shuttle service to and from the hotel and reception for hotel guest. Any vehicles left overnight must be picked up by 8:30 a.m. as there is another wedding the next day.

IS THE CEREMONY INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

The ceremony will be held outdoors, weather permitting.

ARE CHILDREN INVITED?

Answer

Although we love your kiddos, our wedding is an adult only event.

WHAT IS THE DRESS ATTIRE?

Answer

This is a country chic western inspired wedding! We encourage everyone to dust off their cowboy boots and get ready for a night of dancing! Boots are not required : ) Cowboy hats and bolo ties are welcomed! Dress Recommendations Men= nice jeans, dress shirt, and a blazer or pants and a dress shirt Women=fall dresses or nice pants and a blouse

WILL THERE BE TRANSPORTATION?

Answer

Please arrive in the hotel lobby at 4 p.m. for shuttle to Pine Hollow Farms. Shuttle will be leaving at 4:10 p.m. and will be departing Pine Hollow Farms at 11 p.m. to head back to hotel.

WILL DINNER BE SERVED?

Answer

We will be having Sugar Fire cater our wedding. Gluten free options will be available.
