Travel Note
The address for 48 Fields is 43372 Spinks Ferry Road in Leesburg. Click the link below for a printable map and directions. Once you're on Spinks Ferry Road, be on the lookout for their mailbox with the address number on it. The driveway is on the left, about 0.25 miles past the entrances for Lost Creek and Hiddenbrook wineries. You will see a white barn and white farm house when you pull in the driveway.
Travel Note
The venue has a gravel lot for parking during the event. Cars cannot be left in the lot overnight, so please plan accordingly.
Hotel
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Leesburg Comfort Suites. The hotel is 100% smoke free and offers many amenities including free WiFi, free hot breakfast, an exercise room and pools, and shuttles that run to and from Dulles Airport and businesses within 5 miles. Price - The price for a room in the block is $139+tax (for 1 king sized bed or 2 queen sized beds.) How to make reservations - To make reservations for the wedding block, call the hotel directly at 703-669-1650. Ask for the Taylor/Trachtenberg Wedding Block. The cutoff date to make reservations in the block is April 21, 2022. Check-in time - the normal check-in time for the Comfort Suites is 4 pm, but they allow wedding guests to check-in at 3 pm. If you would like to check-in earlier than 3 pm, you can call their front office the day before your reservation and let them know so they can make a note.

Shuttle
May 21, 2022 3:45 pm - 11:00 pm
A shuttle will be provided for guests staying at the Comfort Suites and nearby hotels. The shuttle will arrive at the Comfort Suites at 3:45 pm and depart for 48 Fields at 4 pm. After the reception, the shuttle will return guests to the Comfort Suites.
Hotel
The Red Roof Inn Leesburg is right next door to the Comfort Suites, so we definitely recommend that hotel as an alternative. You'll be able to take the shuttle very easily and Red Roof Inn's room prices are a little lower. (Note: To book a room at the Red Roof Inn, you will have to use a travel site like Priceline or TripAdvisor because if you call, they will say they're fully booked for 5/21.) Other hotel options that are very close to the Comfort Suites - Hampton Inn & Suites Leesburg, Homewood Suites by Hilton Leesburg, and Best Western Leesburg Hotel & Conference. There are also some other hotels and airbnb options a little bit further out. I'd recommend booking a room early if you're planning on getting one because Leesburg is a very popular wedding destination and we've chosen a very popular month to get married.
