As much as we love your little ones, our venue has a strict guest capacity, so children are not invited to the wedding. Children are invited to Friday night's Welcome Party! We understand that some of you may be traveling with your children and need gear or childcare. Please contact https://midcoastfamilyrentals.com to rent baby and toddler gear and to request childcare services.
Your invitation will indicate if you may bring a guest. Again, our venue has a strict capacity and we would like our wedding to be an intimate experience for those closest to us. We hope you understand if you are not permitted to bring a date.
Please do not take any photos or videos during the ceremony. We have a professional photographer who will get better photos if guests are living in the moment instead of on their devices.
The ceremony will be outdoors on the lawn, cocktail hour will be outdoors on the patio, and the reception will be under a sailcloth tent. In the case of inclement weather, the ceremony and cocktail hour will move indoors, and the sides of the sailcloth tent will be down.
Transportation shuttles will be provided to and from the venue for two hotels: Belfast Harbor Inn and The Homeport Inn. For those staying elsewhere, there is parking available at the front entrance of the venue, or the venue might be walkable from your accommodations!
