How did we meet?

We met in summer of 2019 and here are our stories of how we met: Jessica's story I worked with my friend Clorissa and she had mentioned I should meet her cousin, I politely declined saying I was content and just wanted to focus on getting my RN and working. The next time she asked I figured why not so we added each other on Facebook and decided to meet for dinner in a few days. I was with my friend Rissa and told her I was going on a date and I wasn't sure about it, his Facebook was questionable haha! So I showed her his picture and turned out she had met him and he let her daughter face paint his face. Okay so maybe this date is a good thing?! The day of the date I was contemplating going because I really just wasn't feeling up to leaving the house. My sister Vanessa face-timed me knowing I was suppose to be getting ready to go and I was not. After chatting I jumped up, turned the lights on and started getting ready and realized I needed to push the time back an hour or I would be late. No biggie! So then I met him at Applebee's, we met just outside the entrance introduced ourselves and he opened the door, in we went for dinner that turned into sitting there for 4 hours chatting. He made me dinner a couple days after that and have been together since! Turns out he was just worse at being active on social media than I am. I can't thank Clorissa enough for encouraging me to meet Bryant. Bryant's story My cousin Clorissa texted me one day and said " I have someone I want you to meet, I was talking to her about you today and she wants to meet you." I asked her name and I had gotten a Facebook invite earlier that day and accepted. I told Clorissa I looked bad now because I accepted and didn't say a thing all day. Jes and I got talking and we had decided on Applebee's. I was nervous and don't like being late so I left a half an hour early. I get there and get a message saying "I'm running late so can we push the time back an hour I just woke up from a nap" and I said no problem whatever works best for you. When she got there I was waiting on a bench outside Applebee's. After 4 hours of talking and getting to know one another, I knew I was going to be late for the rest of my life.

For all the days along the way
