When do I RSVP by?

Will there be alcohol at the reception?

Answer

We are choosing not to have alcohol at our reception. Please be respectful & considerate of our wishes. The reception ends at 10PM- at which time you are welcome to leave the reception venue & enjoy the rest of your evening however you see fit! :)

Where can I stay if I am from out of town?

Answer

Our reception location, Talon Point, has a hotel on the grounds. Please contact Jennifer at 214-538-0237 for assistance in booking! You are welcome to make other arrangements of course, there are several nice hotels in Dumas as well!

What are some nice hotels in town?

Answer

On the accommodations tab is the contact information for The Hampton, Holiday Inn, and La Quinta in Dumas. There are lots of other hotels as well! Call and book as soon as possible while rooms are still available.

Are there any discounts at hotels in town?

Answer

Hampton Inn and La Quinta have blocked off rooms for us, these will be available to book up to May 20. Hampton Inn is $155 for a king or $155 for a room with double queens. La Quinta is $124 for a king and $134 for double queens. Call the hotel to book this offer and mention Reynolds wedding. (It may be cheaper to book on your own and not mention the reservation name if you book far enough in advance)

What are the details for the hotel at Talon Point?

Answer

This is where the reception will also be held. They offer two different options for rooms. A) 2 double beds w/ bathroom-$100 B) 2 double beds w/ twin & bathroom- $135 If you would like to stay here please contact Jennifer at 214-538-0237 to arrange payment and booking by May 1st!
