Austin and Jess met while working at the Tuckahoe Inn, where Jess noticed a new employee, and checked the schedule to see what his birthday was. It was a surprise to both of them when they had the same one! Over the years they have celebrated "their birthday" with countless Phillies games and Bayfest appearances. 

Since then, they have spent the last seven years working side by side at the restaurant, attending multiple weddings, traveling to Boston, DC, Toronto, and Italy, and built a home in their hometown of Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey.
