When should I arrive?

Answer

We have a hotel block reserved for you to book starting at 3:00pm on Friday, June 28. Checkout is at 11:00am on Monday, July 1.

How much does a room in the hotel block cost?

Answer

We've negotiated a rate of $106 per night, excluding taxes. Larger rooms are also available. A link for booking can be found on the Travel page.

Question

What if I want to stay at a different hotel?

Answer

You are welcome to stay anywhere you would like. There are many hotel options in the same vicinity within walking distance of the Marriott. However, we can only guarantee a fixed price for, and shuttle transportation to/from the Courtyard Marriott.
