We're getting married!

We met through a dating app in December 2019. Just as we were starting to get to know one another, the pandemic hit. We spent a lot of time in quarantine together cooking, baking, buying house plants, riding our bikes, working on house projects and gardening. It was May 9, 2020 when we made it official. One morning, I brought Adam his coffee with a post it note attached asking, "Will you be my boyfriend? Check yes or no." He checked "yes" with a smiley face. I didn't think I'd see that note again, until it made a surprising appearance 2+ years later...

March 1, 2023. It was our last day in the Philippines before heading home. Adam had the idea of watching the sunset one last time before leaving for the airport. After a few minutes of watching the beautiful Manila sunset, Adam handed me the same "Will you be my boyfriend" post it note I gave him back in May 2020. He then told me he had version 2.0 and handed me another note that said, "Will you be my wife? Check yes or no" with a pencil to fill out my answer.
