We both attented a school out in Wisconsin called Ethnos360 Bible Institute. Jesse was the year before Lydia. When Jesse graduated, we kind of knew each other, but not a whole lot. However, thankfully Jesse came back as an intern, and it was then that we really hit it off more. He was super intentional about converstaions and reaching out to invite Lydia to spikeball and movie nights.

After making his intentions known, Jesse and I more intentionally spent time together. We went on a date one week later. It was to the botanical garden domes in Milwaukee then to the public market to get Sushi (I guess Jesse already knew how to win me over). On the car ride home, we told each other we wanted to date, and discussed when we should do that. The next day, we started dating!
