Flight
For those of you traveling from far away, the closest airport is Albany International Airport, which is a 45-minute drive to Hudson, via Uber/Lyft or renting a car. If you can't find a convenient flight to Albany, another option is flying into NYC airports (JFK, LaGuardia, Newark) and then taking the Amtrak from Moynihan Train Hall (attached to Penn Station) to Hudson, which is a 2-hour ride. The Amtrak station in Hudson is located right across from Basilica and a very short Uber to downtown hotels!
Train
For our guests coming from NYC and other northeastern cities, Hudson is pretty easy to get to via Amtrak! The Amtrak Station in Hudson is also conveniently located right across the street from The Wick and Basilica. If you can't find a convenient train directly to Hudson, the Albany-Rensselaer station is a large hub with lots of trains from Boston. From there, it is a 20-minute train ride or 40-minute car ride to Hudson!
Shuttle
November 4, 2023 4:00 pm - 11:45 pm
A shuttle will be running in a loop to pick up guests before the ceremony and then again beginning around the end of the reception through the afterparty to bring guests back to their hotels/rentals. The shuttle will begin in Coxsackie at the Holiday Inn and make stops down Warren Street as well as stopping at The Wick. We will add a map and specific stops as well!
House Or Rental
Hudson is home to some incredibly charming Airbnbs! If you choose not to stay at The Wick or another downtown hotel, definitely check out rentals in the area. There are certainly affordable options, especially with a larger group. We have compiled a list of Airbnbs that are mostly centered around Warren Street/the downtown Hudson area so you can be close to all the action, including shuttle pickup and drop off before and after the wedding!
Hotel
The Wick is next to Basilica Hudson, where we will be having our ceremony and reception! We will also be having our brunch here on Sunday. We have blocked 30 rooms, most of which we have a group rate on except the king bed junior suite. Please use the link below to access the group rate. The Wick is expensive but convenient, however, if it is not in your budget, there are many other affordable options in Hudson that will be on our shuttle route! p.s. It's called The Wick because it used to be a candle factory!
Hotel
We have a room block here using the code GKT. You cannot access the wedding block online so you MUST call the hotel and give them the code to make a reservation Coxsackie is 25 minutes away from Hudson and this hotel does not have a two-night minimum for those of you coming on Saturday (we will also have an early check-in available!)

A cute hotel right in downtown Hudson!

An easy, affordable option that's close to the Holiday Inn Express where other guests are staying. When you book a room here please mention that you are with the "Hailey and Jesse wedding" so that we can keep track of people who will need shuttle pick up.
