LODGING TRAVEL NOTE
Please note: our wedding will take place in peak season in New Hope. We recommend securing your lodging as soon as possible! We've included a few hotel and flight accommodations.
Shuttle
Shuttle Details
May 5, 2024 4:00 pm - 10:00 pm
The first shuttle will depart from New Hope Inn & Suites at 3:45 pm. The second and third shuttle will depart at 4:00 pm and 4:15 pm. Our shuttle will be going to and from New Hope Inn & Suites through the evening.
Hotel
New Hope Inn and Suites
This hotel is about ~5 minutes from the venue, and a complimentary shuttle will be provided. This is where the bride and groom will be staying. *Please be aware that there is a 4:00 pm check-in on Sunday May 5th, 2024. This is the same time that guests will be able to arrive at Hotel Du Village for the ceremony. If you would like to take the shuttle, you will need to arrive prior to check-in. There is a 15% discount on rooms when you use our discount code below. There is not a hotel block, so we recommend booking as far out as possible. If you opt to book over the phone, you can mention the "Ptaszynski/Lawrie" Wedding to redeem the discount. If you decide to book online, you can use the Discount Code "LNBM" and add "Ptaszynski/Lawrie" in the special request section.

Hampton Inn Doylestown
This hotel is around 30 minutes away from the venue. Due to the fact no one has booked at this venue yet, we will not be offering a shuttle at this time for this hotel. To reserve a room over the phone, please mention the "Ptaszynski/Lawrie" wedding. To reserve a room online, please use the below link and use the group code "LPW". This can also be entered manually on the Hilton website under special rates if it does not show. The release date for the block is 4/4/2024. After this date, the link will no longer work. Rate is still honored for those that call directly, but on a first come first serve basis with any availability that remains.
Flight
Philadelphia International Airport
We recommend flying into Philadelphia International Airport! New Hope is about an hour ride from Philadelphia and about an hour and a half from New York City.
