We're getting married!

Gabe and I first met February of 2018 at our first social gathering for AKPSI (a business fraternity we had both just joined.) Gabe was late to the event & topped it off by walking through the wrong front door, definitely making an entrance. I was immediately smitten, knew I wanted to get to know him, and well, the rest is history! So I was late… I was immediately embarrassed! I had no idea what to expect walking in through those doors but as the saying goes, when opportunity knocks, go through the wrong door!

We were on day two of our Adriatic Sea cruise in beautiful Santorini, Greece. We had taken 4-wheelers through the country side to a town where the views were of crystal clear blue waters and beautiful white buildings surrounding. We, as a family, stopped to take photos at one of the top photo op spots and took turns one by one. Eventually it was Gabe and I’s turn and, well, it was definitely a moment I’ll never forget! I couldn’t have been happier to share that moment surrounded with love, excitement and stunning views. Meanwhile, I (Gabe) had never been so nervous in my entire life. I had so many questions.. Where should I do it? What do I say before I do it? What’s the best transition to get down on one knee? Do I do it now?.. What about NOW? I was unbelievably thrilled and relieved when I mustered up the courage, and she said yes! Let's just say that the fact I forgot to put the ring on her finger after the fact tells you everything on how I was feeling.. Haha
