Question
When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP by September 1st 2024. If we don't hear from you we will assume that you will not be in attendance.
Question
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony. The first 2 rows of seating nearest the officiant will be reserved for family members, but all other seating is first come first serve.

Are kids welcome?

Although we both love the kiddos, we kindly ask that kids stay home for our big day.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
As previously mentioned, our wedding will be boho-chic themed. Nothing overly formal is necessary, but please dress to impress! No jeans please :). For the gents: dress pants, button-ups, suspenders, dress shoes and blazers or nice jackets are permitted. For the ladies: dresses (solid colors or florals), jumpers, heels (open or closed toe is suitable), and a nice business casual jacket or a jacket that is suitable for wedding attire is permitted.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Yes! But please let us know well ahead of time so that we can make accommodations if necessary. We plan on having a family / buffet style set up, so if we don't hear from you before September 1st 2024 regarding food allergies, or vegan options then it will not be included.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
There is plenty of parking just outside of the Ozark Mill as well as ADA accommodations and a circle drive / drop off area just outside of the ceremony space. If ADA accommodations are necessary for you and your party, there are a few spaces just in front of the Chapel. Once the ceremony concludes, if you cannot walk across the bridge to the reception space, then you will have to drive / repark in front of the Mill.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
Transportation to and from the venue will be your responsibility. If you are flying into Springfield, we recommend that you rent a car for the weekend to ensure reliability of transportation needs. If you are staying at the Hotel Vandivort, it will take about 20-30 minutes to get to the venue so please plan accordingly. If you are staying at the Residence Inn by Marriott, it will take about 15-20 minutes to get to the venue so please plan accordingly.
