Transportation accommodations
Answer
Round trip airport to hotel travel accommodations is provided when booking your rooms through our special weblink. Please provide the bride or groom with the following information: - Your name and number of travelers - Airline you are traveling with - Date of arrival and flight number - Date of departure and flight number - E-mail address Omni Hotel will send you an e-mail confirming you information is correct -If you have another name or a special name you would like them to use when receiving you please also indicate that and they would be happy to accommodate you . If you are staying at Omni Hotel but booked your room with a different agency, transportation can still be provided for $10.00 usd round trip per person. Please provide the same information

If you are booking a room through the special web-link provided and are having difficulties, please take a screen shot of the issue occurring. Send the screen shot to the bride or groom ASAP so the issue can be addressed immediately.

If you are planning on celebrating with us but not planning to stay at the Omni Hotel, there is a day pass fee that will be required of you. - Wedding pass for offsite guests is $115 usd per person (Tax and service included). The wedding pass applies from 30 minutes before the wedding ceremony starts until the dinner reception ends (not included extra hours or after wedding party). - In case that the offsite guests want to arrive early to the hotel and use the hotel facilities prior the wedding celebration, a day pass of $115 usd per person will be charge at the front desk. Day pass from 9 am to 5 pm daily. This fee is additional to the wedding pass and should be paid without exception. - After wedding extra hour Omni guests is $15 usd per person, per hour (tax and service included). Open domestic bar included. - After wedding extra hour for Offsite guests is $45 usd per person, per hour (tax and service included). Open domestic bar included.

Ummm Duuh!! Bring the kids, ours will be there!!! Children Policy: - Max 2 children under 4 years old sharing with their parents free. - Children 0 –03 years old are free - Children 4-11 years old $35 usd per person, per night. - Teenagers 12-17 years old $65.00 usd per person, per night. - Max 2 child under 12 sharing with their parents.
