Jessa and Brendan met at Eastern Washington University in the fall of 2013. All thanks to Alex Pfiffner, Jessa's new friend in the dorms, and Jordan Dorning, Brendan's very best friend from home. Due to the smallest world and best coincidence ever, Jessa and Brendan met and that is just the very beginning of their love story together.

It is freshman year of college, Jessa and the girls are out on the town. The biggest night of the quarter is happening and we are going to be there. The girls walk into a crowded Cheney house, filled with college students and degenerates alike. *across the room, Jessa sees Brendan, the cute guy that she met a few nights ago* *He is wearing a baby blue seersucker suit and dancing his booty off* Jessa couldn't even handle it, the charisma radiating from him in this seersucker suit... it wasn't even fair. It was as if he was the only person in the room. She walked over to Brendan and asked him to dance.

*Several years later, after a masterclass in friend-zoning, taught by Jessa.* Jessa and Brendan and the gang are all hanging out after class. Suddenly, Jessa has the urge to go on a nature walk through the forest trails behind the apartment complex. Brendan recognizes his opportunity and jumps at the offer. Jessa and Brendan set off on a nature walk, just before sunset. *Jessa is oblivious to the fact that Brendan has feelings for her at this moment* During the walk, to Jessa's surprise, Brendan takes a leap of faith and pulls Jessa in for a kiss. At that moment everything fell right into place. The sun was setting and the two were in such a magical place, it was perfect. Jessa was completely taken off guard that her best friend had feelings for her after so many years, but she felt the same way. The moment was completely magical. Fun fact, Jessa and Brendan are still best friends to this very day!! <3

Brendan and Jessa have been in love for six and a half years, living together with their dog Nora, happily in Cheney. They decide it is time for their first big vacation together, France! Brendan and Jessa land in Paris, France. Jet-lagged, they find their quaint little french apartment and crash. All the while, Brendan has a handmade ring box and engagement ring burning a hole in his pocket. After first asking her father, Brendan gets down on one knee and asks Jessa to marry him. Easiest yes of her life! The two lovebirds spent the next two weeks frolicking around France eating yummy food and enjoying amazing art. What an amazing trip :)
