From recording videos dancing to Hannah Montana to taking on Vegas together for a Britney Spears show, Libby has been there for the bride through thick and thin since 2007. The pair has come a long way since plaid skirts and messy buns at XCP!
Tate Murray

Best friend of the bride from Stanford. Tate and Jess met on a recruiting visit to Duke University in 2010 but ended up at Stanford together as teammates. Tate is one of those friends who is always unapologetically herself and is guilty of making the bride almost pee her pants many times over the last 10 years. You haven't lived until you've met Tate Murray.
Kate McClain

Sister of the groom. Jess lucked out beyond measure in the sister-in-law department because Kate has been so fun and welcoming from the start. It’s impossible not to have fun if Kate is present. Jess is excited for the lifetime of themed parties and “just because” get-togethers that Kate will throw.
Sheena Schrimsher

Sheena is Jess's cousin and the mother of the flower girl. Sheen was the best older cousin growing up as she babysat Jess regularly and suffered through hours of Jess drawing "Happy Suns." Now Jess is drawing with Sheena’s little girls... oh how the tables have turned! Sheen is a mama to the three cutest kids on the planet - Harper, Raegan, and Carson.
Vanessa Fraser

Another best friend and Stanford teammate. Vanessa joined the Stanford team a few years after Jess, but they became fast friends (no pun intended). Jess and Ness continued to race with each other on the professional circuit through 2020. It has been one of the coolest things for Jess to watch Vanessa chase her dreams. Ness is hot off the Olympic Trials this summer and is gearing up for a big 2022!
Natalja Piliusina

Natalja and Jess both started their professional running careers at the same time in Seattle in 2015. They became roommates and partners in crime. You can catch these two sipping on a pint of a local brew, tracking down the best coffee, or searching for live music. Nat married her wife, Chantel, in April 2021 and Jess was lucky enough to officiate the wedding!
Sarah Whipple

Sarah was one of Jess's first friends at Xavier College Prep. As a sophomore on their high school running team, Sarah took Jess under her wing and hasn't been able to get rid of her since. They competed against each other throughout college in the Pac-12 and remained close friends. She married one of Connor and Jess's favorite guys, Alex Whipple, and is now a mama to Beckham and Peyton.
Hannah Fields

A girl whose heart is as big as her smile. Hannah and Jess were also professional running teammates in Seattle. Hannah has lifted Jess up countless times and is always there to lend a hand or ear (even though she seldom answers phone calls or texts 😜). Jess never wants to hang up once she gets Han on the phone!
Sophia Doran

Jess's Stanford teammate and senior year roommate at Stanford! Sophia, Jess & Tate were the three musketeers freshman year and they were inseparable from the start. They have been co-brides throughout 2020 and Sophia just married her hubby Brett on September 18th in New Jersey! Jess and Connor are still recovering from their knock out of a wedding.
Emilie Zoldos

Emilie was one of the older girls on the Stanford team when Jess, Tate, and Sophia came in. Em thought these three were CRAY. Emilie and Jess soon became roommates while both working as managers of an on-campus dining hall. Em quickly became a mentor and best friend of the bride-to-be. Jess stood by Em's side when she married Michael in 2017 and she is now a mama sweet Lola.
Colby Kirkegaard
Best Man
Best friends since "who-knows-when." Connor and Colby met in elementary school and became incredibly close friends throughout middle school & high school. You could always catch Connor and Colby up to something. Ask either one of them to fill you in on their stories. You'll be in for a night full of laughter. Colby's dad coached the duo, but Colby went on to play at the University of Wyoming and is now living it up on the beach in Newport.
Blake Tonn

Blake is the brother of the bride and definitely the most intelligent and well-spoken of this bunch. Connor couldn't have lucked out more. Whether they are on the golf course, traveling, or hanging around the house Blake is one of the most thoughtful and caring individuals. Connor is incredibly thankful to have Blake as a brother-in-law.
Ryan Boyle

Ryan and Connor grew up rocking out in his dad's band room, playing basketball in the carport, and going to jack-in-the-box behind the house. Ryan went to ASU and Connor went to U of A but that didn't stop them from hanging out as they only live a few miles from each other. You can catch Ryan and Connor on the golf course telling each other that, "this is the year we break 80."
Bucky O'Connell

Connor and Bucky have known each other since playing Longhorn flag football. Bucky has been one of Connor's best friends since they were little kids. Most notably, Bucky took Connor under his wing when Connor realized he wasn't that good at football and needed to transfer back to U of A. Unfortunately, Bucky spent so much energy making sure Connor was set up for success that he was asked to leave the next semester. Turns out U of A didn't deserve him.
Patrick Schrimsher

No one would have thought fifteen years ago Connor was going to marry Paddy's cousin. Paddy did his best to keep his buddy's away from Jess during high school but once Connor turned out "okay" he let it slide in 2019. Paddy is one of Connor's best friends and was Connor's first introduction to the Tonn-Schrimsher clan. Pat marries his fiance, Julie, in April 2022!
Will Walker
Groomsman
Pledge class best friends. When Connor met Will, he knew they would be close. They have done it all together. Will is always in for some of the more "out-there" ideas that Connor will come up with. They've done spring break trips to Cabo with not enough beds, hunted and fished all over the place and they've even tried to cook a pig in a hand-dug pit in their front yard. Whether they are building a contraption to beer bong from the third story of their frat house or turfing the entire inside of their house for a Master's party, Will is always there.
Billy Jacob

The first person Connor was introduced to at the University of Arizona was Billy Jacob. Connor met Billy through Bucky. Both with Chicago ties, construction ties, and with a lot of the same interests, Billy and Connor became great friends. Billy went on Jess and Connor's second date to a Diamond Backs game so it's safe to say Billy had his hand in making this marriage a reality.
Pat Haenel

Connor has known Pat since they were little kids playing little league baseball. Pat and Connor became close in college after realizing they had so many of the same interests. Whether they are connecting about work, family, or planning the next big adventure Connor and Pat talk a few times every week. The last "adventure" they had was when Connor convinced Pat to "hike" Mount Rainer with him. Turns out you need to "climb" Mount Rainer but Connor clearly didn't read the brochure.
Blake Behrens

If you end up seeing an NFL-sized man lifting Connor into the air and Connor screaming "Big Bear!!," you have had your first introduction to Blake Behrens. Blake was Connor's first roommate out of college in Santa Monica and it was an instant friendship. When Blake isn't caring for his newborn, he is hard at work in New York. One of the hardest working individuals Connor has ever been around.
Jake Butterfield

Another fraternity brother of Connor's. Jake lived in the same fraternity house as Connor and they lived together for about two years after college. Jake always has a good tip on a MAC Conference Moneyline or a pony that is racing on a random track in upstate New York.

Connor has known Ty since little league baseball days. Ty and Connor became great friends when they ended up being fraternity brothers at U of A. Ty and Connor are either golfing or talking up some overly complicated strategy to beat the stock market. There is no one quite like Ty-Dog.
