Jennifer grew up in Burrillville, RI with her older brother Timothy. Many summers were spent outside and at national parks. This was the start of her passion for nature which she pursued as a student of Environmental Science and Conservation Biology at Franklin Pierce University. Jennifer then shifted her academics into the medical field where she found her true calling. Now, she dedicates her career to diagnostic medicine as an OBGYN Sonographer in Providence. Philippe was born and raised in Haiti; he is the oldest of 3 brothers. The family left Haiti and moved to Worcester, MA in 2006. Since he was a child, he aspired to be a civil engineer like his father, Paul Sr. He pursued this dream at Merrimack College where he was a dedicated soccer player. After many accomplishments he is now a licensed professional engineer, project manager. Jennifer and Philippe met how many couples do now, on a dating app. Their paths were destined to meet with all their similarities. They are both compassionate, hardworking, determined, and even share the same birthday, September 29th! Balance is very important to the couple. Even though Phil and Jen both work full-time, they prioritize spending as much time together as possible. After work, they enjoy going to the gym, going for walks, doing yoga, or simply lying on the couch watching their favorite TV shows. On the weekends, the couple enjoys spending time with friends and family. The couple also enjoys traveling. Jen introduced Phil to traveling to National Parks and hiking, while Phil introduced Jen to metropolitan and tropical destinations. In January of 2023, the couple travelled to Aruba, which was the perfect balance for them. Tropical beaches and hiking in Arikok National Park. Phil made it a trip they would never forget by proposing to Jen at sunset on Divi beach on January 29th. We are grateful to continue our story with you on May 25th, 2025!
