Matt and I went to rival high schools but never met until after college. I started working at RKL where Matt was assigned to be my buddy. Right away I could tell that Matt was not just another guy; he was a man that knew what he wanted. Over the next couple months we got to know each other better over work projects and our office coffee dates. Eventually he asked me out, and the rest is history - I guess we have public accounting to thank for that.

Matt and I were in State College for the PSU vs. Michigan Football game. I was looking forward to taking him to his first big time college football game that a proposal never crossed my mind! So when we hiked up Mt. Nittany and he got down on one knee, I was completely surprised and of course I said "yes". It was the perfect weekend in a very special place.
