What does "summer cocktail" mean?

Answer

Our wedding will be held at a barn and the ceremony will take place outdoors in the grass so we encourage you to pick your shoes accordingly! We want everyone to be comfortable so we also encourage you to leave the ties and stilettos at home- summer cocktail dresses and summer suits, sandals, sports coats, seersucker and anything linen is encouraged!

What is a Farewell Fiesta?

Answer

Is one party ever really enough? The answer is no. Please join us on Saturday for our Wedding Celebration Part II. This will be a full second reception with cocktail hour, dinner and dessert served. There will be an open bar and a DJ to keep us all entertained and dancing all afternoon! Attire is dressy casual! Looking forward to keeping the party going all weekend! Bus transportation will be provided to and from the Courtyard/Residence Inn and Crowne Plaza.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

IS THERE A SHUTTLE TO THE FESTIVITIES?

Answer

If you are staying at the Courtyard/Residence Inn or the Crowne Plaza then yes, there will be a shuttle to and from the festivities on Friday and Saturday.

Are my kids invited?

Answer

We strongly encourage you to take a night off from parenting as no small child is ever really safe around the Bride's cursing habits! As much as we love your kids, we ask that you please check with us if you have any questions on this BEFORE showing up to the wedding with your kids in adorable wedding attire. Thanks!!!
