There will be two pick up times at each of the hotels below for transportation to the ceremony. The second shuttle has more limited capacity, so please try to take the first shuttle to avoid transportation issues. Pick up times will be provided at a later time. Holiday Inn Express Hilton Garden Inn Danford's Hotel & Marina Return shuttles from the reception to the above hotels will start at 10:00pm.

Flight

Nearby Airports

NYC has a number of airports but John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) is definitely the easiest for domestic and international flights and is about 1 hour and 15 minutes from where the weekend events will take place. Other airports include LaGuardia Airport (LGA) and Long Island MacArthur Airport (ISP), which are 1 hour and 15 minutes and 30 minutes from the weekend event locations, respectively.

If you're one of our more local guests or in need of public transportation from an airport, the Long Island Railroad (LIRR) is a great option. The Port Jefferson and Stony Brook train stations will have you within 15 minutes of all the weekend events.
