The room block rate will only apply to these dates: June 19, 2024 until June 26, 2024 if you ARE planning on staying before or after these dates & wish to stay at the same hotel/room: 1. You’ll have to make a different hotel reservation (with just your EXTENDED dates outside of the dates listed above) through their website. Once you have both/all reservations booked you have 2 options: 1. Call the hotel directly with both reservation numbers so they can link them together in their system, that way you won’t have to switch rooms. OR 2. Let the front desk know at check in that you have 2 reservations that you need to link together due to a wedding room block and they can do it for you there. ****I recommend to call the hotel ahead of time so they can ensure there’s no room change.
