Are my children invited to the wedding/Can I bring a date to the wedding?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive by 3:00 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 PM

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes, Galway Downs has a free parking lot on site and caters to Uber/Lyft easily. The venue will allow you to leave your car parked there overnight if necessary.

Is there going to be a bar?

Answer

YES! Because there will be children present, please bring your ID with you to the bar. The bartenders will not serve you alcohol without proper identification.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

Please let us know ahead of time of any dietary restrictions. We can make arrangements for alternative meal options.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal attired is preferred. Please be mindful it will be Winter time. Ceremony will be on grass.

Will children invited have a separate meal choice?

Answer

All children under the age of 10 will be receiving a meal of chicken tenders, fruit and vegetables.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Since we have guests staying at multiple different locations, we will not be providing transportation from hotels to the ceremony.
