What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at the ceremony by 4 pm. If you are staying at one of our recommended hotels, please be ready to board the shuttle at the Hampton Inn by 3 pm; it is about a 60-minute ride to the venue.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be transportation provided from the Hampton Inn Jacksonville Beach to the wedding venue and back.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be parking available at the venue. However, you will not be able to leave your car there overnight and getting an Uber at the venue may be difficult as it is "off the beaten path" a bit. Please plan accordingly.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is casual / semi-formal. The ceremony and reception will both be outdoors and the weather can vary in November in Florida. Please keep an eye on the weather to plan accordingly. Also, the ceremony and reception take place on grass. Please keep this in mind when choosing footwear.
