Thank you for wanting to support us on our Big Day. Here are some guidelines and expectations that will help everyone remain safe.
Question

Will I need to take a Covid-19 test prior to the wedding?

Answer

While we cannot require that anyone submit to testing, however we appreciate those that do, as it helps to minimize potential exposures.

Will there be on-site screening?

Answer

We will require that all guest submit to a temperature check and symptom list review upon arrival. If you do not feel well, please stay home; we will not be offended. If you have tested positive for Covid-19 in the 10 days prior to the event, we ask that you stay home.

Will I have to wear a mask?

Answer

The expectation is that all guests will bring and wear a mask at all times, with the exception of when actively eating or drinking. We will not have masks on during the event (for photos and such), but are willing to put on masks for those that wish to take close photos with us, and request it.

What should I do if it is the day of, and I or my accompanied guest do not feel well?

What does the venue require of me?

Answer

The venue asks that all guest wear face masks when entering the building, and when you are in common areas like restrooms and hallways. Additionally, they do have hand sanitizer available in high-traffic areas. The staff is required to wear face masks during the entire event. They have also implemented additional cleaning procedures before, during, and after every event.

Will there be other groups in the venue during the event?

Answer

We are the only event scheduled that day, so we will have the run of the venue! It helps us to be able to social distance. Seating for the event will be reflective of the spacing, and allow people to social distance.
