Maid of Honor
Megan is truly one of a kind. As hard as we both try we cannot remember the moment we met, it feels as though we have known each other our entire lives! Although, we think we met in middle school during softball season. Through every major moment in my life, Megan has always been by my side. She truly is my soul-sister and at times I feel like we are the same person (except I have a better half marathon time by 6 miliseconds!) Megan is such a wonderful person and lights up any room she is in. I am so happy to have her as my Maid of Honor!
Best Man
Gerry and I met on a film set and our friendship blossomed. He and I have so much in common, music and nature being at the top of those lists. We have helped each other through many hard times and have had a lot of fun along the way also. Some of my favorite memories with Gerry are playing guitar around the firepit at his house near chapman, when I was living in his garage, an epic snowball fight in Grand Lake Colorado for New Years, and numerous rock concerts in Los Angeles.
Bridesmaid
My new sister! The first time I met Katherine was when I was meeting Phils family in Colorado (minus Alexander). Her and a friend were going to an outdoor concert and invited Phil and I to join. As soon as the music started she broke out the BEST dance moves and I quickly realized that her and Phil were very similar. She has such a warm smile and an adventurous soul. I cannot wait to join her family.
Groomsman
Xander is my one and only blood brother! I have known him my whole life as he is 4 years older than me. He is truly a wise soul and huge support in my life. I have so many fond memories with him and although he and I are different in many ways, we have made sure to stay close through the years. My favorite memories with my brother are, my first game of beer pong when he was a freshman at Gettysburg college, when he visited me at Chapman my sophomore year, and of course meeting my niece Rosa, and Nephew Arthur, his and Luise's children for the first time!
Bridesmaid
Jade is my oldest lifelong friend. We met when I was 7 years old and we were trying out for an All-Stars softball team. We both gave each other hitting advice while in line for the pitching machine and the rest is history! I cannot imagine my life without this girl. Jade has the ability to make anyone laugh and I am sure she will be cracking jokes the entire wedding.
Groomsman
Kaden is becoming my new brother! He is one of the sharpest tools in the family shed and is doing such exciting things on his work with NASA. He and I both share a love for classic rock and roll, and games. Some of my favorite memories with Kaden are, surfing together near Manhattan Beach, walking to the lake in Fish Lake Utah with JJ and his girlfriend, Claire, and playing Jackbox Games with the family during Thanksgiving!
Bridesmaid
Taja and I first met on the basketball court in middle school. We immediately became friends and I was happy to be on her good side... she could throw those elbows fighting for rebounds! We continued staying friends throughout high school cheering each other on in beauty pageants, softball games, and even continued on to UCSB together! She is such a kind and hard working individual and I am so happy to call her one of my best friends.
Groomsman
Ethan and I met in college, when we were both on the Chapman Rowing team. We lived together twice and had many adventures throughout our 20's. Ethan and I have always been close and he is such a loyal and reliable friend. I can always count on Ethan in a pinch and he has been a constant support in my life. Some of my favorite memories with Ethan are camping in Joshua Tree, playing board games in our Long Beach Apartment, and of course bowling (man I miss bowling)!
Bridesmaid
Jessica and I first met during my freshman year at UCSB. I was asked by our coach to give her a tour of the campus and I had NO IDEA where anything was. I ended up taking her by a bunch of campus construction instead of the beautiful lagoon near the ocean! Even though I gave a horrible tour, I am very thankful that she still decided to transfer. After graduating we have still stayed very close and she has helped me in so many ways. Jessica has such a caring spirit and I am very happy to have her in the wedding party!
Groomsman
Bill and I have been besties since middle school. I will never forget how cool we felt walking to class together with our trapper keepers in 6th grade. Bill and I built our sense of humor together and so of course have numerous inside jokes, mostly related to obscure film references. He has lived close to us in LA and is in a similar career path, so he and I have continually had much in common. My favorite memories with Bill are, eating wings and watching nerdy films at sleepovers, being directed by him in the high school play, Fools, and our spa day at WeSpa in Koreatown!
Bridesmaid
Believe it or not, Shelby and I did not get along when we first met! We met on a temporary softball team during 8th grade and after a season of playing together we decided that we were both pretty cool people. We continued playing side by side on the Lady Magic travel team and even verbally committed to play at UCSB together when we were 14! Over the years playing on the field, living together in college, and her putting up with all of my pranks, she has become one of my best friends. I am so thankful that she is in my life and that she is going to be a part of this special day.
Groomsman
Kyle and I have known each other since we were in elementary school and in cub scouts together. Our friendship really blossomed in high school when we were inseparable. We make sure to see each other whenever we are in the same state and always pick up our friendship right where we last left off. My favorite memories with Kyle are, skiing together in high school, his visit to California when I was a freshman in college, and being one of his groomsmen in his wedding!
