Shuttles Leaving from Hotel
1:45 pm - 3:15 pm

If you are staying at the hotel we have two shuttles making trips to Owera. The first shuttle will leave the hotel at 1:45pm and will get you to Owera around 2:30. If you take this earlier shuttle there is a tasting room with drinks and appetizers for purchase, if you’d like. The last shuttle before the ceremony will be leaving the hotel at 3:15 and will get you to Owera a little before 4pm. The ceremony then begins at 4pm!
Ceremony
4:00 pm - 5:00 pm

The ceremony will be taking place on the lawn next to the wedding tent and in front of the larger parking lot!
Cocktail Hour & Reception
5:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Cocktail hour will begin immediately following the ceremony, right next to the lawn in the pergola area. After cocktail hour, the reception begins inside the [air conditioned] tent at 6pm. There will be plenty of dancing, a photo booth and plenty of good food and drinks to be had!
Departing Shuttles
8:45 pm - 10:15 pm

At the end of the night we have one earlier shuttle leaving at 8:45pm to bring guests back to the hotel and then two more shuttles leaving Owera at 10:15 to bring the remaining guests back!
