When booking flights for our wedding, the closest airport to fly into is Copenhagen in Denmark.
Train
Öresundståg/DSB. After baggage claim, look for the sign that says DSB Tickets for Trains, Metro and Bus. There is a long row of ticketing machines in red or red/gray where you can purchase your train ticket to Helsingborg (Over the Bridge). After purchasing your ticket, look for Track 1 (Sverige, Malmo C). There is a screen before the escalator down to the track that lists departure times. Trains run roughly every 30 minutes from the Copenhagen Airport and the trains showing as either Göteborg or Helsingborg will get you to Helsingborg. Please note that you cannot buy tickets on board the train, you will get fined if you don't have a ticket. If you would like to visit Copenhagen before heading to Helsingborg, take Track 2. All hotels listed on our site are within walking distance of the train station in Helsingborg. Taxis are available at the train station for anyone who needs. Uber/Lyft is unavailable in Sweden. If traveling from Copenhagen Central Station to Helsingborg please purchase a ticket at Copenhagen Central Station with Öresundståg/DSB to Helsingborg C.
