Ride bikes, run, or walk through the state park, which winds through marshland and the dunes. There is an ~18 mile loop to Lewes and back to Rehoboth. If you venture to Lewes, stop at King's for ice cream, Edie Bees Confection Shop for unlimited sweets, or Agave for lunch and a margarita.
We recommend renting bikes from Rehoboth Cycle Sports (174 Rehoboth Ave) or Seagreen Bicycle (54 Baltimore Ave).
Enter the beach from any street on the boardwalk. We recommend staying away from Rehoboth Avenue as this tends to be the most crowded location. You can rent chairs and umbrellas for the day if your hotel does not offer them.
Funland is an old-fashioned amusement park that is located on the Rehoboth boardwalk. Don't miss out on the haunted house, the sea dragon, a game of skee-ball, or a competitive round of bumper cars.
An upscale favorite of the Davis family. Do not skip the flaming Irish coffee for a post-dinner treat.
Great selection of oysters and seafood!
Located in Hotel Rehoboth, the Davis family loves Lupo for its summer pastas and salads. The shaved brussels sprouts salad is a must!
Watch out for the 120 Minute IPA...
The Starboard is an unrivaled bar which is basically synonymous with Dewey Beach. Ride the Jolley Trolley from Rehoboth Avenue and stop in for an Orange Crush (or a few)!
Stop in Egg for brunch before hitting the beach.
The best french fries in the U.S. Ketchup lovers don't fret, douse your Thrasher's in vinegar and you'll be very content.
Grotto's is THE Delaware pizza brand, stop by the Rehoboth Avenue location for a slice or a whole pie. We recommend grabbing a slice of Grotto with your Thrasher's fries.
Jen's go-to order is a chocolate-mint swirl with chocolate sprinkles, but if you want to try the OG Kohr's cone go for the orange-vanilla twist!
