Pike Place Market
Seattle's iconic farmers market on the waterfront in downtown Seattle. An easy 15 minute walk from the WAC. Catch Rachel the pig, the occasional fish toss, and a scenic view of Puget Sound. Lots of fun bars and restaurants in this area as well.
Chihuly Garden and Glass
Renowned glass blower from the PNW. Exhibit is at the Seattle Center, an easy ride from the WAC to the museum.
Green Lake
Beloved man-made lake dividing NE and NW Seattle. Walk, run, skate, or dance your way around the 3 mile urban loop.
Ballard
Our home turf, Ballard, is the epicenter of the PNW craft beer revolution. Enjoy the long day of sun by catching a frosty brew and some cosmic rays before stumbling your way over to Ballard Ave for dinner.
Museum of Pop Culture
MoPop, aka Museum of Pop Culture, aka the EMP, aka the Experience Music Project, is a museum full of excitement, experimentation, and fun! There's something for everyone and any little ones will *love* the Sound Lab.

Starbucks Roastery makes all the latest and greatest coffee and coffee cocktail inspired drinks. Check it out at the bottom of the Capitol Hill neighborhood.
Woodinville
Woodinville is home to Washington's most famous wineries and over 100 tasting rooms. Located 30 minutes northeast of downtown Seattle, it makes for a great afternoon or day trip!
