Cape Ann Whale Watch
Gloucester is a historic city with a wide variety of museums, restaurants, shops, exhibits and other fascinating venues. Scenic Rockport is just a few minutes away. Take a whale watch or a fun cruise with Cape Ann Whale Watch in season (we can get you discount tickets!) and enjoy a number of other attractions.
Cape Ann Golf Club
Since 1931, thousands of rounds have been played here by golfers of all ages, in a fun, competitive, friendly, family-oriented community. Come enjoy an early morning round of golf, or explore the course throughout the seasons with day rates and annual membership available. After the game, be sure to join us at the Fairway Pub for some delicious homemade Essex fare, open for lunch and dinner during the regular season.
Good Harbor Beach
Good Harbor is a beautiful beach with lovely white sand. At low tide, one can walk out to Salt Island, while at high tide, one can enjoy body surfing or boogie boards. Lifeguards are on duty from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm daily.
