Grace noticed Mr. Braine around improv classes and thought there was something unique about him. Even though they'd barely spoken a word, she told people she thought he was cute - hoping it would get back to him. IT DID! Jeff boldly waited outside improv class until Grace walked out. He approached her and using finger puppets asked her on a coffee date: "Just you and I - no one else." Grace was hesitant but he was JEFF BRAINE after all. THE JEFF BRAINE. She said: "YES." They went on that coffee date - just them, no one else. They never ran out of words to say. After chatting for hours they both left beaming and have been inseparable since. December 2010: First Date February 2011: They were Valentines March 2011: They made it "official" November 2018: Got engaged - she said YES! October 2020: *Tried to get married* November 2020: **The Lakers won the Finals** Cut to a whole lot of life and growing and maturing and hard stuff and good stuff and amazing stuff and sometimes sad stuff, sometimes really sad stuff. They endured it all. They listened and learned. They apologized and grew older and wiser. They laughed. They really like to laugh. They grieved. They forgave. They laughed. They stood up for one another. They changed. They cheered each other on. They fell in love all over again. May 2024: FINALLY! IT'S ABOUT JEFF-ING TIME! WE'RE GETTING MARRIED!
