Shuttles from Traverse City

Answer

A shuttle will depart from both Hotel Indigo and Bayshore Resort at 3pm ET sharp. This shuttle will take the group directly to Olana Farms for the ceremony, will provide transportation to the reception at The Ridge at Verterra, and will also shuttle you home to Traverse City at the end of the evening. If you plan to take this shuttle service, please complete this quick form: https://form.typeform.com/to/YCTvWfMz For those staying elsewhere on the peninsula and driving to the wedding, we'll have parking available at both the farm for the ceremony and the winery for the reception. At the farm, we'll ask you to park at the bottom of the hill. You're welcome to walk up, but a shuttle will also be available for your convenience.

Driving to the ceremony

Answer

We encourage guests who are driving to the wedding to drive directly to the farm. There's plenty of room! Please know, it requires a short walk. The reception venue is just a 10-minute drive from the farm after the ceremony.

COVID-19 Safety

Answer

During these uncertain times, we take our responsibility to gather our loved ones safely very seriously. We love and care for you all so much and we are doing everything we can to assure our wedding is as safe as can be. We strongly encourage all guests to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. For guests who are not vaccinated against COVID-19, we request that you complete a negative Rapid Antigen Test the morning of our celebration. We understand that everyone’s comfort level with large gatherings will vary so if you don’t feel comfortable attending and would like to change your RSVP we completely understand. Kindly let us know by June 9th. Please note, we will monitor cases and local regulations closely. Please check back here for updates as we get closer to July. These policies are subject to change.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are simply excited to spend the day with you as we celebrate our marriage. Your presence is your present. Should you choose, a registry can be found on Zola and Williams Sonoma.
