Eddie and Jeanette met when they both were working at a local sports bar, The Davis Graduate. They began hanging out in a group with other coworkers and eventually on their own. On December 28, 2011, they became an official couple. From the start, they have both been huge sports fans and enjoy attending sporting events whenever possible. Additionally, they enjoy playing trivia, attending community events, and visiting local breweries. Throughout the years, they have supported and encouraged each other to achieve their educational, personal, and career goals. They both value family and friendships very highly. On December 21, 2021, shortly after their 10-year anniversary, Eddie made a nice dinner for their close friends to enjoy before their annual gift exchange. After the exchange, he suggested everyone take a group photo. While Jeanette was on her phone trying to send the picture to everyone, Eddie got down on his knee. Jeanette thought he was kidding at first until she saw their friend Kyrah taking pictures. She said yes!
