We have reserved a block of rooms at the Holiday Inn, 1 West St, Pittsfield, MA 01201.
Rates are around $235 per night. It is best to call the hotel directly (413.499.2000) and
request block code "KV1" to get the special rate.
You must make your reservation no later than September 13.
After that date the rooms will be released to the public.
There are several hotels in the area, but only the
Holiday Inn will have a shuttle run to and from the wedding venue.

Flight
Albany International Airport
Albany Airport is about an hour away from Pittsfield and generally has more flight options. It does tend to be a little more expensive. The Berkshires does not have an uber (technically there are three in the whole county last time I checked) so you may want to consider a rental car.

Bradley International Airport
Bradley is another airport in the area, the drive is about an hour and a half from Pittsfield. This airport often has cheaper flights though less options. A rental car would be advised.
