We have a block rooms reserved at a discounted price at the Holiday Inn in Downtown GR. There are a few discounted rooms available for the night before the weeding as well (4/12/25). Please utilize the link to make reservations online or call them hotel directly. Let them know you are reserving for the "Affholter & Amaya-Lujan Wedding". The discount is only available till 3/18/25. To adjust reservation dates using the provided link: - On a mobile device: Tap the "Edit" button at the top of the page next to the hotel address and modify the reservation dates. - On a computer: Click the dates in the white bar next to the hotel address to adjust the stay accordingly. Some Useful Information: - Room rates include complimentary parking, Wi-Fi, and access to the fitness room, pool, and public areas. - Complimentary parking is available for guests staying overnight or attending onsite events. - There is a complimentary shuttle for guests staying at the hotel (see below) to the venue, however the hotel is about an 8 to 9 minute walk as well. If you book a reservation with the above hotel, they do offer a complimentary shuttle service to/from the venue on the day of the wedding. Upon check-in, you must schedule shuttle appointments as they are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Shuttle runs occur every half hour, with the final appointment available at 11:30pm. Each shuttle run can accommodate up to 10 passengers.
