What is the venue like?

Answer

The venue is VERY unique. The ceremony and reception will take place on location of the Mutter Museum, also called "The College of Physicians of Philadelphia." Guests will have access to the museum during the cocktail hour! It is a medical history museum containing collections of anatomical specimens, models, and medical instruments in a 19th-century “cabinet museum” setting. This museum is not everybody's cup of tea, so you are welcome to skip the museum viewing and just enjoy the food and cocktail hour!

May 20th please, so we can make sure you have a seat and food!

Although we adore your children, we’ve elected to limit our ceremony and reception to adults only.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking is available but very very limited. We highly recommend walking if your accommodations are near by or taking a ride-share. There are public paid-parking near by at: 22nd and Market – self pay lot 21st and Ludlow – self pay lot Garage on Chestnut between 21st and 22nd Garage on Samson between 21st and 20th

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We are starting PROMPTLY at 6 pm. Please plan to be in your seat and settled by 5:50.

Is the ceremony outside or inside?

Answer

Pending weather we will be outside! It may get hot, but we hope to keep the festivities moving along quickly. The rest of the night will be inside with AC.
